With a unique blend of sensitivity and insight, Kimberly has had a lifelong interest in and ability to perceive connections and patterns in nature, including human nature, that often go unnoticed.

In the broadest sense, individuation can be defined as the achievement of self-actualization through a process of integrating the conscious and the unconscious.

With her uncanny expertise in pattern recognition, Kimberly teaches people how to recognize the unique archetypal themes, influences, and patterns in their nature.

The container for this includes exploring your astrological imprints through a psychological lens, uncovering the archetypal themes at the core of psychological complexes, and fostering integration of these complexes using Internal Family Systems and Psychosynthesis models for personal development. 

The inner wisdom of the psyche is an inherently fascinating topic, yet often misunderstood due to our culture teaching us to be as externally oriented as possible.

With a strong emphasis on heart-centered psycho-spiritual guidance, Ms. Wolfe has an undergraduate education in psychology and is further trained in humanistic, Jungian, and transpersonal psychology. She is certified and experienced in diverse modalities including practicing as a depth psychology coach; and training in clinical hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, psychosynthesis, and interactive guided imagery. 

She was on the teaching staff at Optimum Health Institute in Lemon Grove, California for twelve years, functioned as a Stress Management Specialist at Beauty Kliniek Wellness Center in San Diego, CA and also taught in the holistic health program at School of Healing Arts in San Diego. 

Coaching sessions are held online via Zoom or FaceTime.
